Linda Richarson
New York State Certified Residential Appraiser #45-10221, New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker. Full time Fee Appraiser since 1989.

Linda specializes in appraising real property in Washington and Warren counties. Linda is known for her thoroughness when completing an appraisal.

Linda lives in Fort Ann and her hobbies are cooking, dancing and outdoor activities, including spending time on Lake George. She is the mother of four and is a recent grandmother.

Gerald E. Sawn
New York State Real Estate General Appraiser 46-13136. The past assessor for the town of Queensbury. Full time Fee Apprasier since 1977.

Jerry is a graduate of Siena College. He specializes in appraising real property in Warren County and completes many of appraisals for the high end properties on Lake George.

Jerry lives with his wife Sue, in Queensbury. He is involved in the local 4-H program and participates in the community theatre.

Arlene Jabaut
New York State Licensed Real Estate Appraiser #46-36388. Full time Fee Appraiser since 1999.

Arlene started her career as a real estate salesperson then become a secretary for a local appraisal firm. She has learned the business from the ground up and became a licensed appraiser in 1999. She specializes in appraising property in Northern Warren and Essex counties.

Arlene lives with her husband Gerry in Brant Lake and has four grown children. She enjoys cooking, gardening, sewing and Adirondack crafts. In her free time you can find her attending her granddaughter's swim meets or grandson's wrestling matches.

John G. Schiavoni

John was one of the first appraisers to join Orr Appraisal Service in 1992. He specializes in appraising real property in Saratoga and Warren counties.

John lives with his wife Suzanne, in South Glens Falls. His hobbies include the renovation of a 1956 Ford F-100 pickup truck. He also enjoys golfing, snowmobiling and is a staunch supporter of the New York Mets.
